Submit an upgrade service request

Submitting a service request allows us to upgrade and return your power supplies as quickly as possible.

Pack & SHIP

Once your service request has been approved, follow our simple removal video to disconnect and ship your APW12, no special tools or technological experience required.  

Upgrading

With our 72 hour turnaround guarantee*, rest easy knowing that your miners will have the shortest possible downtime, or this upgrade's on us.

Install and Mine

Install and power up your upgraded PSU. Use our complementary overclocking firmware SD card to safely overclock your X19 miner without voiding your warranty. Follow our optional chip tuning guide to achieve an additional 15-30% hashrate or efficiency/temperature improvement. Rest easy with our 30 day limited warranty.
